She really shows her intelligence and how well she knows how SCOTUS works. SCOTUS's job is to uphold constitutional rights, Abortion is not apart of the constitution. When a court decision is made, a poll is not put out for the country to vote.

I've been saying for years, America isn't really a democracy. It is a corporatocracy, and it arguably has been a plutocracy from its inception. And some folks have been working to turn it into a fascist theocracy for decades - they'd just love to make America the Christian version of Iran, or Afghanistan.
