I can't find any lead refills can you just refill the lead stick or you have to buy it with a whole new tube?

There’s also a eraser on the top side of the pen it’s just a cap that covers the eraser

Do you know any other brand that can go with doctor grip ?! I don’t want any gel refil but it’s pretty expensive do export this refills to Brazil, as well as difficult . I just want a cheap brand like the ones that you see in ali express ir shoppe .
