this truck is only possible when the number on once place is 5 for ex when we multiply 45 X 45 by this method the answer comes correct but if we multiply 27X27 where the digit on once place is not 5 the answer comes incorrect by this method
so this trick is applicable but only when the digit on once place is 5

3(3+1) =3x4 = 12
And 7x7=14 and it is 1214 i multiplyed it in cal and i got 1369
