At 19:25, there were two places you could move forward without notations. First, you had a 27 pair in Col 9 at R5C9 and R8C9. That confines the 5s to Rows 7 and 9 in Blocks 8 and 9. That then gives you the 5 in Block 7 at R8C2. The other is in Col 8 where you have a 257 triple at R6C8, R7C8, and R9C8. That gives you the 9 in Block 3 at R3C8. I'm not sure that finding that 9 in necessary to finish the puzzle, but I found it before finding the 5. Finding the 5 was necessary for me at least.

Simple piece of logic to move ahead from the position at 19m25s. Again, a UR proves to be a great facilitator. It never stops ! So we have a clearly established 18 pair in block 6, top row. And we have the 1 in the matching columns in row 1, in block 3. Can an 8 join the 1 there ? Obviously not. So the only place for the 8 in block 3 is inrow 2. AND we know that the 1 and the 8 must be in different columns, otherwise you destroy the 18 pair in block 6. As a result, the middle column of block 6 is either, from top to bottom, 139 or 389, so, 9 in r3c8 and r2c5. AND 5 and 6 are confined to column 9 in block 3. AND we now have the 5 confined to the middle column of block 9, and hence the 5 in row 8 is now confined to column 2, and the 2 below that 5, and 7 in r7c3. The rest is filling up locked in digits. Enjoyable puzzle, rather promptly dealt with.
