CHECK OUT THIS SPRINTER ON CARS & BIDS!

Mercedes-Benz Sprinter review! The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is a crazily versatile van -- and today I'm reviewing an RV model, complete with a kitchen, a bed, an 4-wheel drive. I'll show you the quirks and features of this Sprinter 4x4, and I'm also going to drive this Sprinter to show you what it's like behind the wheel.

I’d like to see doug take 3 hours and review the quirks of a super yacht.

Can we just all appreciate that at 0:08 the Carrera GT in the distance looks stunning in the sun

Doug is the type of guy to bring his Carrera GT to review a Sprinter (see 0:09)

Cool that doug brought back house reviews

After watching this I’m pretty sure a much better layout could be achieved.
The control panel looks poor and could be located up high, giving another space for storage.
The Bench seating had a big metal bracket behind for people to lean back on looking very uncomfortable and the location of the Bed means it could only Sleep 2.
This Conversion Company would do well to take a visit to a Camper Show in Europe, they would learn a whole lot

I remember seeing an ad on a car sale site here in the UK and they had a Ford Transit that was a camper, really nicely done, looked awesome, ready to go anywhere at any given time. However they had based it off the base model transit so you were paying £70, 000 (nearly $85, 000 before tax) for a very nice camper with no cruise control, no air conditioning, halogen headlights, plastic steering wheel, basic radio etc. Then I thought to myself "I'd be driving this as much as I would living in it... I'd want it to be a nice drive as well as somewhere nice to stay"

Glad to see these Mercedes-Benz Sprinters are also popular in the US.
Here in Germany these are insanely popular since the first Models forever ago exactly for that Purpose! Hope the New Owner will have a Blast with it!

Haha I love that Doug drove the Carrera GT to review this van😂0:12 it's in the background. Finally someone who can afford a car like that and actually uses and enjoys the marvel of engineering it is.

I really like this kind of vehicle. But if I have money to buy a new RV, I'll buy one which's a little bit longer so I can fit a small restroom with a toilet and shower to improve practicality and to be livable in for up to a couple weeks. Mine would get belted seating and beds for at least 4 people as well. Love how customizable Sprinters are!

The day we get Doug doing yachts, RVs and motorcycles will be the best day ever

A family member used to have a Jayco Melbourne, which is a 24 foot Class C motorhome based on the long wheel base Sprinter. Even though it weighed 10, 000 pounds, merging with highway traffic was never a crisis and it averaged 16 mpg on several cross country trips. Add in that it fits in a standard driveway and is HOA friendly because "ooh, it's a Mercedes", the Sprinter makes for an impressive package.

Here in Brazil the Sprinter is extremely common as a commercial vehicle, but only recently I have seen these conversions. Usually they use the long-wheelbase Sprinter and put another air conditioner in the back.

I love the idea of these sprinters for sure.

I will say though, to those young people looking to camp and who don’t want to spend too much money like with this, you can absolutely do a long car camp trip in an economy hatchback. I have a Veloster N that my wife and I slept in and lived out of for 11 days on a 3300 mile road trip, staying at KOA Kampgrounds all along the route. We had a flat memory foam bed, cooking supplies, a bag cooler, totes of all our equipment and snacks, and we were even able to hold all that down cleanly and I was able to enjoy all the amazing roads along the PCH from North Oregon to LA, true sporty driving fashion the entire trip.

Doug is the type of guy to point out that the fun is always happening in the back.

Recently got my own 2022 4x4 Sprinter, building it out into a camper as well. I love it! One of the last 4x4's to roll off the production line before they switched fully to the new AWD setup
