Try starting from the bottom of the spine and slowly kinda shimmy up the spine and you’ll get great results or if you wanna learn another method put both you’re hands in a open palm and face them down from you and put them side by side kinda like a butterfly 🦋 and now start from the bottom and as you start to put you’re weight in it go up kinda like if you were gonna slide you’re palms up but you’re not you’re just applying that upwards pressure feels great every time 👍
