I have a sealed Atari Jaguar that I have for decoration/nostalgia and am thinking of picking up a new open box Jag and an everdrive to play the system’s catalog of games. Definitely some bangers that never got the love they deserved.

Hold up? Better question would be, does it still work? Those had tons of problems because of how badly Atari handled things then. Selling their manufacturing plants in Hong Kong, turning to other software companies to make them and that just not working out. How they sold off the rights to the system or however it worked in its twilight so some game company more or less released games in whatever state including ones that had been more or less stolen by atari or that atari refused to pay for the work done.

Aliens Vs Predator though I hear was a good game. Didn't they purposely throttle DooM at the demand of John Romero?

Actually they did make another one. It was basically a PC but it does count if you consider the PS5 pro digital edition and the Xbox series s a console.

Thing always looked like the mothership to me, that being said i wonder if mods exist for the mothership? The games must be a nightmare to locate now
