Description: As the Founder and Artistic Director of the International Association of Schools of Jazz (IASJ), Dave Liebman give a speech at the end of the annual meetings, which have been going on as of 2016 for 26 years all over the world. Dave discusses important topics to help musicians find their way in the current music industry, offering overall positive advice for young artists. This talk was done at the Berklee College in Boston in June 2016.

Dave is amazing. I listened to the Voyage record today from the late 90s. What Dave said really comes through in his music. "When to Love" is worth hearing.
