I work in an office setting. We are kind of casual, but since I am in the Executive Department, I always dress up. Open toed shoes are fine, I think that matters more if someone works in a warehouse or with a lot of boxes or heavy products.

That’s a collarless one button blazer. Lilac is the color of the season. Beautiful 💜

Such great pieces. I the Director of Radiology and Cardiology services for two hospitals. I get to dress up but only choose to do it when I have in person meetings. We definitely cannot wear open toe shoes. I love all the suits. ❤️
