Just a tablespoon of heavy cream, a little monk fruit and a pinch of Redmond’s salt … use a Frother to mix it and it’s been the best cup of coffee ever . It doesn’t spike insulin and it tastes perfect especially when u grind your beans for every brew.

I'm in Arizona living in my motorhome and its been
H - O - T lol
So I take my quart mason jar every morning and fill it with ice in my cup I mix a very good organic instant coffee with my heavy cream pour it over the ice and and some water
I think I might be addicted 😅
