Why These Cows Are Wearing VR Glasses

Originally starting in Russia, cows have been fitted with specially made VR glasses so they think they’re actually grazing on grass in the great outdoors instead of chewing on hay in a dairy plant. They were made for these dairy cows to help them relax in order to produce more milk, according to dairy plant owner Izzet Kocak. Inside Edition Digital’s Stephanie Officer explains.

Everyone always assumes the worst in EVERY SINGLE SCENARIO. If anybody read the article at all they'd see that, YES, the cows DO go outside.

The more observant of us would see that it's actually the winter time. Cows don't go outside right now. They're staying warm inside.

Headsets work by projecting 2 slightly different images, one for each eye, so it makes a sense of depth. You cannot just put 2 images for each eye, the only thing that does is making the cow uncomfortable by seeing 4 blurred images. To make that work, you should have to make a custom headset with just 2 big lenses (one for each eye).
