The movie narrator's voice takes me back to the era of the late 1970s-early '80s when I was a little kid.Same voice for..."JAWS"(1975).

Of course whenever I hear that particular voiceover guy talk. I always flashback to those old seatbelt PSAs, "You an learn a lot from a dummy, buckle your seat belt."

ISNT sad that 2 movies called the Island are two big turkey of films about thirty or forty years apart

After two great film adaptations from Peter Benchley books(Jaws and The Deep)here comes the Island.A stupid and inane movie about a group of people who believe the pirate ways on the high seas are still just and a way of life. But, the filmmakers turned it into a horror movie with a lot of guts and gore. The saddest 😢 part of this was Michael Caine starred in this rubbish 🗑
