I have this amp i love it. My only wish was that it had an external footswitch socket my effects unit can switch amp channels as i switch effects is there another way to do this i don't know about without the socket?

Show us more on the CLEAN and CRUNCH sound! Why do you just focus on metal sound? Why does everyone present METAL sound with all Blackstars???

It's high gain, but why does it sound so brittle, compressed and choked? That last example sounded awful, sorry.

If your intention, BLACKSTAR, was to show how versatile the unit is, you failed. Drop tuned, "crunch" tones were all that was shown here. My take away: that's all it can do. Therefore, I'm no longer interested & will not look at your other "amp" pedals. I'm convinced the desire to be a well rounded tonal option pedal producing company is something that is NOT on your radar. Selling "monster high gain" pedals used by players who palm mute chugging riffs will put more $$ in your pockets, so good luck. I'll sell my Dept 10 Dual Drive & explore the ever growing tube based pedal market, because I have no faith that you will improve/expand upon that tube line. Cheers.

Really shitty the way they stole from Blugguitars. Thomas is a super chill dude and they come along and just take his shit from him. Super Shitty. Won't buy no matter what it sounds like.

Press and hold the reverb switch while playing. Noones talking about that feature. Why?
Because otherwise the reverb kind of sucks.
Also wish it had a sag control knob. Make it more tube like for sure.
I do love the pedal though. Just dont own a computer to change the reverb interaction.
Wish i could do it with my phone.
But plug a strat into this and it does blues quite nicely.
Ive yet to plug in amy of my f/x because im still having fun with just the pedal.
I love the high headroom and this thing can get loud.
But im sure amped 4 i should have waited for
