Sir, I have a torn 1989 Batman cowl, the tear is by the cheek area and it’s made of polyurethane. Would using polyurethane roof sealant be good enough to seal the tear on my mask? It’s a roof sealant made of urethane and it’s used for roof flashing and shingle tabbing.

Is it 1 tab shingle or 3 tab shingle missing one tab?

I don't think you're supposed to cement in a line like that. Don't you want to make dabs so that any water underneath can get out?

If you have broken or missing shingles, your insurance will replace the roof for the cost of your deductible.
