Ambassador Speaker Series: Ambassador of Colombia, His Excellency Nicolas Lloreda Ricaurte

Carleton’s Norman Paterson School of International Affairs, in partnership with the Office of the Vice- President (Research and International) and the Ottawa Diplomatic Association, hosted an evening with The Ambassador of Colombia on March 20th, 2018.
