Week ahead – A wet and windy spell on the way

The weather continues to chop and change. A spell of unusually windy weather is arriving and heavy rain will come with it too. Later this week the weather will calm down with sunny spells before the likelihood of showers returning at the weekend.

2 questions Alex: 1) How about a longer-range Summer forecast? Those hot days are a distant memory, and seem like Autumn is on the way already. 2) Please stop qualifying forecasts with the “degree of uncertainty” statement.
