Wow that was surprising. I didn’t realize the 4Runner had all that space. Awesome video

I don't really understand how you came to the conclusion that the Land Cruiser, with less space, is better than the GX, though.

Currently own a 2021 4R TRD Pro and I have a deposit down on a GX550 OT+. Looks I’ll still have room for my fridge and other junk! Yay! Thanks for doing this!

If course the 4Runner is the best - with the sliding rear cargo deck and the way the seats fold you have a huge, completely flat floor, part of which you can move towards you so you can load/unload more comfortably. So disappointed that Toyota seems to be regressing in their interior designs :(

4Runner is the clear winner of the 3, but I bought an LC so I gotta live with that damned battery pack lol

5th gen all the way, especially if you ever sleep in the back, which i have many times. I second the comment below on a similar comparison to the Sequoia. heard it may be worse than all 3...

4Runner for the roll down rear window. Allows you to use the back like a truck bed for the handful of times I’ve needed to go get some 8-10ft lumber.

So cool, man! I know you're busy, but I'd love this test on a Sequioa!

5th gen 4R for the win 😎
I love the flat floor.

Those tumble forward seats seem to take up an inordinate amount of space

Wow, so not really an improvement over the 4Runner, in fact the way the seats fold, it feels like worse packaging. I didn't expect to be disappointment with these new models.

I feel like if Toyota added a sliding cargo tray to the hybrid landcruiser and sixth gen 4Runner, it would give them a flat cargo area, hope Toyota recognizes that

Hey John, missed the measurement from the back of the landcruiser to the front seat when the back seat is folded flat. Saw your large box fitted but do you have the measurement?

Great content! I want to compare the interior feel of the GX compared to the 4Runner. I like the looks of the GX and thought about the upgrade but mother than looks and nicer interior I don’t feel like I would be getting much more room.

The extra 4 inches to jump up on the LC250 will be an issue for dogs as they age and for their joints from the impact of getting out. Roll down rear window and the seat folded down on the driver's side gives dogs a palace back there.
What vehicle has the overall biggest cargo area?

Totally unrelated: Do the seats in the 4th Gen Tacoma fold down flat like they did in the 3rd Gen?

Have you heard complaints about the GX not having a sunglass holder?

CAN YOU ALSO COMPARE THESE 3 TO AN ARMADA WHICH IS HUGE, FULL TIME TRUE 4X4, FAR BETTER BUILD QUALITY AND WAYYY CHEAPER AND DAMN RELIABLE

5th gen all the way. Toyota cost cutting with those tumble seats on two row GX and LC compromises their usefulness. Of course, if you never camp in the back of the truck, probably doesn’t matter.
