C.Miller thanks for you dedication to Alabama. It was great to watch you play, thank you for your Grind. Ride or Die Roll Tide

Milroe didn’t lose the game but he darn sure didn’t win it. He gave Texas a lot of extra possessions. To be such a mobile guy he doesn’t extend plays well. No way should he be sacked in the pocket he needs to feel that and reverse pivot or something. He doesn’t do that.

3 balls hit squarely in Texas hands. So when you say 2 interceptions, that doesn't tell the story. One of those TD's that got called back for penalty? Was the same play that hit the Texas player hand, popped up into the air, and an Alabama player came down with it! And the penalty? Was because the oline that Milroe was doing his normal one read and take off play so they went downfield to block for him. And that is just the surface... How many times did he go to the oline and say hey, I saw this blitzer or this defense and call out a pass protection? just the surface... Sure improvement needs done everywhere, but everywhere would benefit from better QB play, even the Defense when they go back onto the field after 2 quarters of Milroe 3 and outs.

I seriously think Bama will regret this decision, Buchner is a downgrade from Milroe and everyone will see soon enough

Wow!!! Corey you absolutely nailed it. I totally agree with you, especially the scheme and play calls by the OC.

It’s a panic move imo. Gotta let Milroe cook a bit more

Coaching did not fail Milroe. Players just progress at different levels. Milroe needs way more progress. Even though he’s been behind Bryce Young for two years

Totally agreed, Rees has no clue, Buchner will look all world against South Florida, should have put him in 4th quarter of the Texas game off they wanted to see what Buchner was about

You can’t go by the statistics each QB has. The coaching staff knows more about how Milroe performed than we do. There were open receivers missed also. One of the TD passes that was called back for a lineman downfield was a tipped ball that should have been intercepted. Also, it was a desperation play, not how the play was designed. Giving another QB the chance to start is the best way to evaluate what he can do. Jalen can come in 2nd and show what he can do. When you are playing a very good team like Texas, we had to have the QB calling the correct adjustments, changing the play correctly, etc. coach Saban makes decisions based on what he thinks is best for the team. Now is the right time to see what Buchner can do.

Milroe confidence will be shot you has to cater to his skill set I bet Kiffin would know how to utilize him and his 💪🏾don't want him to transfer to another SEC School maybe change positions but just waiting to 👀what's gonna happen when Buckner throws 2 bad INT'S J.S.

Buchner is a very talented dual-threat QB. He was ranked #2 behind Caleb Williams but injuries and Covid year layoff have derailed his progress.

👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾C.Miller exactly cater to Milroe Rees should know this as well as coach Saban Milroe is dangerous with his legs he should be able to get WR'S open just with his legs alone Bryce did it remember we catered to Hurts skill set but he just couldn't 👀the field

My question to ANYONE that supports Milroe playing this next If the situation was reversed and Buchner had started MTSU/Texas and played like Milroe played, would you be calling out that Buchner should start this Saturday? Can you honestly say you would? Why? What's the difference? I know for a fact I'd be up in arms to see Milroe (or even Ty) next game, in that scenario. I bet at least 75 percent of you would not be promoting for Buchner in that scenario. So why the Milroe love if you wouldn't give the same love to someone else?

Yep. Reese got what he wanted. The INTs aside, Reese didn't do much to help Milroe last week. No hot routes. No play action. No rollout. Just straight drop back passing. Which at the moment does not fit Milroe skill set. I believe we're about to discover what Notre Dame fans and Brian Kelly always knew; Reese is a suspect playcaller

I’m in agreement Mr. Miller, well said!

I agree with Mr. Miller, should have started Milroe to see how he responds to the adversity, and only if necessary bring Bulchner in, or to finish the he game.

I agree with old school. I think Tommy called the wrong game for Milroe based on Milroe strength. Because Tommy wanted Buckner that he brought with him to Bama to start.

What's the difference in going back to watching Tyler last year against South Carolina and going back to watching Milroe against A&M?

If that line doesn’t hold up, it didn’t against Texas, doesn’t matter who is the QB!
