The fact we had Sonic, Goku, and Pikachu and Eevee in this parade was amazing; they were always my 3 favorite balloons, the only thing that would have made it more so is if they had the Red Ranger in the parade as well, but I'll take these 3.

I actually got a little emotional when Sonic was flying over when that “All American” song was playing cause it reminded me of how much we love Sonic here in the U.S. and seeing him back here again made my family and I so happy. It also reminded me that no matter what Sonic goes through no matter how crummy his games get he’ll always be around. He’s not going anywhere! He’ll be alright. We will always love our blue blur 😭🤘

I was actually there at the parade in person and once I saw Sonic, I was in awe, finally getting to see his balloon in person. Heck, I was so excited to see him that I chased the balloon down the streets from Herald Square to Times Square where the parade stopped just to get a closer look at him. Happy 30th Anniversary Sonic The Hedgehog!!
