How incredibly ironic that people would give Michael Kors flack that more than the top 1% of the world can purchase it! I just bought my first pair of Michael Kors sock booties and they are sublime. It’s the most I’ve ever spent on a pair of shoes or boots! I am super grateful that it is “more affordable”! All the other designers are ridiculously priced in my humble but older opinion!

I’ve been watching your channel for a while now - I just love it and am usually right in line with you. In fact, I have started visiting thrift stores more carefully and looking for vintage earrings on a tip from you. BUT, the white tank is a beautiful way to show the drapey, pleated pants that are so hot right now. Granted, I agree it will be super overused but I think its clean lines let something else shine beautifully.

I love equestrian-style clothes and accessories, if they are carefully curated. Charlotte Casiraghi does it impeccably well. It screams both preppy and old money to me! I adore Gucci's 1960s/70s take on equestrian style too. I do have to admit though, that I have always been a fan of a white tank. I wear them every summer and love them...I have them in grey and black too!

So many of the runway looks are shapeless, oversized and masculine. I like Michael Kors because we still look like women in his clothes, he honors our femininity. It’s funny that this brand is looked down on because it’s more affordable! But, I bet he sells more than anyone because the designer quality is there, without the hugely inflated prices. I don’t feel more special because the item I’m wearing, which costs $10 to make, cost $3, 000, that’s just stupid. People who really are rich don’t waste money like that, ever, they don’t care about status symbols, only quality and value (nouveau riche excepted, with first generation wealth, they do show off).

Fashion elements from other activities have always entered mainstream fashion, so why not equestrienne elements? What about all those denim jeans (heavy duty miner’s pants), western shirts and boots, lumberjack shirts, tennis and skater skirts, or sneakers, or bra tops and corsets? That’s a ridiculous criticism that doesn’t stand up to logic, I just ignore comments like that. Ladies’ riding jackets, shirts, boots, split skirts, scarves, etc. have been worn for hundreds of years, the classics don’t fail and that kind of tailoring highlights the female form, those ladies in the past knew what they were doing. I love equestrienne elements and will wear them as much as I want, whenever I want. I will leave the black plastic micro skirts and pointy-bust, sheer black corsets to the complainers, they are just costumes, too, but 90s rock star style. Besides, if these viewers not interested your classic style, why do they watch your channel? Do they think they’re going to convert you? Fat chance. Classic forever!

You know...people coming on here to your Channel, may not comprehend these styles because they're not in these types of Social circles? So it would look weird, or off wearing Equestrian type items for vexample in the ordinary world? Just like there may be certain neighborhoods around town that have well to do residents, and in that case this style would fit right in?🤔

I’m so confused why we defaulted to 90s fashion? Why can’t we do modern roaring 20s fashion considering we’re in the 20s of the 21st century…..This 90s leather trend is ugly as hell.
