This chalice is pretty easy to run through and CE is alot easier to beat than Ebrietas. Be sure to save-scum BEFORE fighting CE. I personally get one Blood Rock every 5 or so attempts with over 300 item discovery.

The final boss in this glyph also has the chance to drop Blood Rocks: bej77ini. It is the layer 3 boss, and it's a beast boss, so get your cleavers ready. The requirements are much lower to join the chalice, so you can farm rocks very early. I think the drop rate might be lower than this boss, although I am not sure, could be the same %. I mention it because the glyph I listed is a MUCH quicker and easier run. The first 2 bosses "the watchers and the pig" are easy low level bosses. And the chalice is NOT CURSED, and the enemies do much less damage if you get it. The final boss is this video has several one shot attacks and can be a pain. So I thought I would mention it.
