LYRICS

You
You chose to take the traveled road
Yet you mourn the loss of what once was
And what could have been

You left your dreaming long ago
Abandon all hope ye who enter here alone

You ask me why
My dreams have driven me
Your tired eyes
Blinded by negativity

But you and me, as far as I can see
We agree on the promise of possibility

In the long run
What we do in the meantime
Is like a kind of calling
Oh, as we're waiting in the wings

In the endgame
All of us have a dream that we sustain
Oh, don't let it go
In the grand scheme of things

Dreams will drive me to a fairer day
When you drive, if you like, you can choose your fate
well, i hate to be the bearer of bad news
but our fate's not what we'd like to choose

Soon you’ll stand on greener shores
Wait and see
The dream will take you to that day

i’ve heard it all before and
it’s all the same to me and
i don’t care what you say

Recognition
Transformation
Reconciliation

You and I
We see eye to eye
And all it took this time
Was to cross our perspectives

You and me, though we might disagree
It’s plain to see that a common dream never dies

In the long run
Oh, as we're waiting in the wings
In the endgame
All of us have a dream that we sustain
Oh, don't let it go
In the grand scheme of things

Just received my copy of “Transist”, in the beautifully packaged and signed 2-CD set...

WOW, hearing these songs at 44.1 is amazing! Complimenting their awesome musicianship, the mix and mastering approach absolute perfection. Such a nice balance of clarity and punch, major kudos to Ruben and Brent Lambert for a wonderful job there.

If you’ve enjoyed streaming the album from social media sites, this is a must-have. Listening to it in a lossless format totally blew me away, all over again.

I can't tell you guys how much I've enjoyed Transist and the Gravity single. Have recommended them to numerous people and revisited Transist several times since I discovered it last year. Looking forward to more music, perhaps a live show, and buying some physical copies when they're available.

Keep it up!

Wait holy shit, there was a new album? I have a physical copy of Liquideyes, I loved it and never expected a comeback. I was going to make a joke about what next, Antioch 3? But apparently it's, uh, been a while since I looked into some things.

Discovered these guys through the Rush Legacy list... and I really, really like this band. Thought... 'ok' on first listen... then found myself coming back again and again over a few days. Fresh sound and.... REAL tunes, so nice to hear again after the sad withdrawal of the Great Canadian trio (miss you Neil). Nice lyrics, nice sound, totally unformulaic, professionally produced... hope the guitarist can let himself rip a bit more soloing... My purchased music library has been limited to around 4 bands over 45 years (BOC, Rush, Yello, Men at Work - yes I know, weird mix, huh?) so not that it means much in the grand scheme of everyone's life - but I think you guys may join the list. Yep, subscribed and will buy the album. Good luck guys!

I just got an e mail from the Rush Legacy guys, i'm very difficult to impress ever since discovering Rush back in the 70's (who cares right lol) & the only band in this genre of music that i allowed to also enter my blinkered POV was Porcupine Tree.

Well i've now made space for you guys-welcome!

I can see the obvious similarities (that bass intro was Geddy through & through), To Rush & PT, BUT, you also have your own sound which from this video is excellent (i will watch the other 2 vids that i also have links to after this post.)

Time to do my research & catch up on you guys- so chuffed (google is your friend) to have come across your band-better late than never, long may you continue!

When it comes to Paradigm Blue there are hints from every progressive genre imaginable with sometimes not so subtle, but perfectly marshalled homage to bands like Rush, Pain of Salvation, Porcupine Tree, Arjen Anthony Lucassen's "Space Metal", and Dream Theater (Oh, wouldn't it be something to see Paradigm Blue open for Dream Theater?).

This band has always been uniquely special to me and this their second album in 20 years is as close as it gets to the heart.

So what is it that resonates so much with this band? They have a quality my favorite band of all time had. They make you think, intentionally challenging the listener to do so with passion and intelligence. There is no spoon.

Additional qualities found on "Transist" are well structured lyrical content. Ruben Moreno's vocals are never encumbered by a mouth full of words, the lyrics flow effortlessly and with purpose. This is a band that could shred their instruments to the nth degree, but their playing is disciplined flourishing to accent and never to overwhelm.

Stylistically, "Transist" is a work of art and a monumental achievement. Well done Paradigm Blue!

Heard the IG clip as I was scrolling.. an was like “wait!, what was that!?!” I had to take a few more listens of the clip and then came over to your YouTube channel to check this out! This tune is so well done! I was really impressed with the technical aspects and flow of this song! Really enjoying the bass playing in this, love hearing a bass stand out in the music like this did! I quickly hit follow on IG and the YouTube channel! Really looking forward to what’s coming up! Cheers guys! Keep up the great work! 👍

Freaking amazing. Only criticism, throw away those damn electronic cymbals (the rest of the kit works). Everything else is on point, but missing the real crash and sizzle.
