If I had to Start Over⬇️

1️⃣Get a perfect gym split that allows you to train each muscle hard af twice a week. This will make sure you’re hitting the muscles at a high enough frequency to see insane results.

2️⃣Track your lifts. If you’re not tracking, you’re just winging it. My progress doubled when I started tracking all of my lifts and strategically making them harder weekly. It lead me to get my squat from 135 to 500.

3️⃣300-500 calorie surplus. If I was to start over, I’d make sure i’m eating the ideal amount to have tons of energy and slab on muscle mass. Especially if I’m starting from a skinny frame.
