Two questions:

1 - when the chicken is put in the basket there appears to be a paper type material under the chicken in the basket. What is it because it’s not just the chicken in the basket?

2 - where can I go to print this recipe out?

Looking at the "Crisper Tray, " what kind of paper is placed at the bottom? Do you supposed to flip the chicken or not?

There is paper or something in the crisper tray. Is it parchment paper?

If you use olive oil your chicken is going to taste funky. Flashpoint is too low. You need something like avocado oil.
