How to make Frozen HONEY Jelly using Homemade Corn Syrup | Easy Recipe

Hello everyone! This frozen honey jelly trend is everywhere. So I thought of making a corn syrup SUBSTITUTE if honey and real corn syrup are not available. You can always store it for 3 months tightly capped in a cool dry place, and use it as desired.

Ingredients:
sugar
water
salt
lemon or lemon juice

It's advisable not to consume much. Watch out your sugar intake.

The amount of sugar used is always 1/2 cup less than the water. Boil it for 15 minutes or until it thickens in medium heat. Make sure to stir it occasionally.

In making the frozen jelly make certain to take it out after 5-15 minutes from the freezer. It will crystallize and gets hard if you left it in the freezer longer. Though you can always thaw it. Just leave it in a warm dry place to soften.
