Soundgarden- 'Outshined' Drum Cover-Luke Zajdel

Some more Soundgarden here, along with my Spoonman cover. Love Matt's drumming in this, always fun to play. I've recently gone back to my old, more simple style of recording: 2 over head mics, a kick mic, going through my Carvin mixer and recorded on a tascam handheld recorder. Just adding some reverb, a little EQ, and a little compression in the end. Also have been loving the sound of my Mapex MyDentity kit, especially the snare, and of course going back to Aquarian Texture Coated Heads, the first heads I ever played on my first kit, 6 years ago. How are you recording your drums? Is just one 1 overhead? what mic is that?
