As a mother myself, let me tell young girls, being a mother is not everything . First find your identity and then be a mom. Being a mother is hard. The physical, mental and emotional turmoil you go through even when you have a good pregnancy is hard so if you have during that time is horrible. Being a mother will teach you a lot about yourself, but it is not the be all end all. Do not be forced into it. If you cannot commit 100% donot do it. 100% doesn't mean leaving your job. Make sure your partner is as committed as you are.
