You can do it on mobile so on apple you need to go to your settings go to safari and scroll down until you see Request Desktop website, click it and turn it on then open safari and search up google maps it has to be on the website it can’t be on the app then go to street view and the clock will show up . On android it is much simpler all you have to do is open chrome and go to google maps website and press the 3 lines on top of your screen and press desktop website and same thing go to a street view and click the clock on to left

If u don’t want all websites to be desktop you can go on a website then hit the aA at the top left and it’ll say request desktop
