This might be a weird question, but if we decide to go with the Infinity from Marvin is it employees of one of their dealers who are supposed to do the installation? I'm assuming Marvin doesn't want their windows installed by subcontracts who aren't part of their dealer network? we've ran into that happening when having other parts of our house worked on like our outside patio.

Hi Jeff, I ordered a couple Infinity windows back in April from a local dealer and they told me this week that Marvin combined their three factories into one and are having quality control issues, is this true? This came up because I am still waiting for my windows to arrive after almost five months.
