Oh my gosh, this song is actually really neat. Wish you could hear it more often, this is actually /really/ cool. The bass at the start is just :)

The percussions remind me of Chimney Canopy, while the arps remind me of both Shoreline and Waterfront Complex. The heavy bass (also the beat) makes me think of endlessly working computery - it kinda gives off the same vibe as that one Portal 2 menu screen. This song would have fit as a threat theme to a high-up water compound of some sort, perhaps with some machinery that still remains functional.
