In which folder do we have to keep the created neo4j TDC file?

Currently struggle to why my tableau server kept searching for odbc (from the logs), instead of jdbc?
I used 2021.2.1, and always said that like odbc is missing or folder for odbc doesn't exist, even when i'm already put in the jdbc in the
