Thanks for covering this, but there is no trial in May because there is an ongoing appeal. I know the media is reporting this but it’s incorrect. Also, he’s suing for 4 causes of action. The defamation is one of the 4 that is in appeal, so even if there was a trial without the appeal, the defamation aspect would have been gone. I’d also even say his lawsuit isn’t about her coming out because it isn’t. His main allegation is the allegation is false when she came out to publicly accuse him. Hope this helps.
