Making Money with Surveys (DON'T DO THIS)

In this video, I spend my weekend completing online surveys and money-making promos. Which sites are legit? Which ones are worth your time? Are any of them worth your time? Well, in this video, I dive in and find out.

Let’s assume you are working 9-5 during the week and are looking to make a little extra money on the weekend without going out and getting another job or doing something in the gig-based economy. Can you make a decent hourly wage by doing online surveys and downloading apps or is it all a scam and a huge waste of time?

It all depends on how you value your time and what works for you. I found some methods (like iOS games) to be fun and a decent way to make money, so long as you can avoid in-app purchases. Other methods like surveys were less than ideal for a few reasons.

Look for adults who need to pay bills, this is just a terrible idea and ultimately a waste of time. But for me, I 14 year old kid who just wants to make some quick cash, this is a jackpot

Thanks for saving me time. When things get desperate one starts to think of all sorts of crazy BS jobs. I don't understand the hype of these surveys.

So true and to the point. I don't have a 9to5 and this form of "money on the side" is perfect for me. I find that surveys pay out more sometimes from 10pm to 2am and some sights pay extra incentive for site loyalty. I appreciate the advice (liked and subscribed.)

Surveys have been great for me whenever I was dead broke and waiting on my next paycheck. It keeps money in your pocket as you can always get a few dollars from this stuff to pay for a meal here and there. I'd recommend it for people who have time on their hands and aren't too busy with other things in life. Also, if you're dead broke this is great too like I was saying before. It is boring and tedious to do, but you are getting real money from doing it, so can't really complain too much. LOL!

Well said, well presented. I did a survey recently - yes, I surveyed many of these survey websites. Complete and utter waste of time. Daniel, why don't you do a video on affiliate marketing, the next biggest waste of time. I have watched all those videos about these YouTube 'money-making experts' - I won't mention names - just expose them for what they are: effing scammers!!!!

I remember doing these surveys back in college 17 years ago and can totally attest, IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!!! At least back then, it's fairly hard to qualify for the full survey.
