Recipe:

-Wash 500g rice until the water runs clear
-Let the rice rest for 30 minutes (not in the water)

-fry until golden brown ⠀

-fry 500g pork⠀

-1/2 onions⠀
-1/2 chili ⠀
-1-2 cloves of garlic ⠀
-some ginger ⠀
⠀
-250ml vegetable stock ⠀
-250ml coconut milk ⠀
-2 tbsp soy sauce ⠀
-some lemon and lime⠀
-2-3 tbsp curry powder ⠀
-Salt, pepper, chili powder ⠀
-Add and reduce for at least 25-30 minutes to the desired consistency over medium heat ⠀
-Fried egg ⠀
-Spring onions
