I'm a Bikram yoga teacher. I was in the Fall 2010 teacher training.
There was always a line of girls waiting to brush his hair in the evening lectures 🤢.
There were 400 trainees.
Me and my yoga buddy at training had no interest.
There is something wrong with those girls.

Such a shame. I listen to Joe Rogan because of Bikram Yoga… now he won’t even mention the name at a fear of being canceled… Which is exactly what Bikram Yoga did to me in 2007 and all these years I kept thinking someone surely hast to see the error of their ways…. Still not one apology. Craig Valanni actually accused me, along with my psycho roommate, a couple of days after the Virginia tech shooting of threatening the lives of her children and they implied some sort of violent murder I know this was on her mind because she was freaking out about it and going on about how “all you Americans are so disgusting with your violence and God she would yell this at me and I took it in stride like a good Yogi lol… I even called her a couple months after training and recorded the phone call to prove that I had done no such thing in any way shape or form but all I could get her to say was “it’s the past get over it” it was only a couple of minutes that she gave me before she had to excuse herself because she was late to teach… Meanwhile maybe Bikram and I could write a book together because I’m willing to forgive! I would’ve been his most devoted student and that I understood why he was saving lives through Health because I experienced it! That was why I put up with the bullshit along with the fact that I thought he was just kidding! When he would say “I am a combination of Jesus and Elvis“I thought it was the funniest thing I’ve ever heard in my life and how wonderful was the laughter until it wasn’t I don’t understand I will never understand why he doesn’t see there is a way out there is a way to come back I am living proof of that I am willing to forgive even though it was a critical point in my life when I was either gonna have a family or I was not I was either gonna have a career or I was not I was gonna be self-sustaining contributing adult to a community I loved but I ended up with the opposite? Because Jane Kartsch started calling the police to tell them I’m a dangerous person on top of that lie that kept snowballing and also in Florida I mean it’s almost like they were trying to turn me into a killer! This is how people treat each other and instead of healing yoga teachers are the ones perpetuating this kind of treatment? I mean with everything that’s going on in the world now I see this is how people are I spend my entire adult life believing the majority of people are intelligent and had it together… Turns out I’m probably one of the best most levelheaded sane sane people Bikram could’ve ever met well compared to what I’ve seen I still wish him the best
