Welcome back to another exciting hotel review! This time, we're diving into the heart of downtown Atlanta to explore the Hotel Indigo, a chic and modern boutique hotel under the IHG brand. Hotel Indigo is known for its stylish designs that reflect the local culture, and they promise a dedicated level of service to make you feel right at home. I was in town for a conference, so the hotel's prime location next to a huge conference center and across from the Peachtree Center food court was incredibly convenient.

In this video, I break down my stay using my comprehensive 7-point rating guide. From a stellar check-in experience with outstanding valet service to some questionable cleanliness issues, I cover all the details you need to know. While the amenities were decent—with a fitness center, meeting rooms, and an on-site restaurant—the lack of standard mini fridges and a pool were a bit of a letdown. The staff were generally great, especially the valet team, but a less-than-stellar experience with the restaurant staff brought the rating down a notch. And when it comes to food, let’s just say breakfast didn’t win any awards.

Overall, my stay at Hotel Indigo had its highs and lows. The room itself was spacious, modern, and well-equipped for both relaxation and work, which was a pleasant surprise. At an average of $220 per night plus additional fees, the value was decent but not exceptional, especially considering the missing amenities like a pool. My final score for the hotel was a 27 out of 35, making it a solid C. If you’re in Atlanta for a conference, this hotel is a convenient option, but it might not give you that wow factor.
