US President Joe Biden has again warned that Russian forces are planning to attack Ukraine, including Kyiv. Ukraine President Zelensky is in Munich to meet US Vice-President Kamala Harris amid fears that Russia could exploit Zelensky’s absence in the country to launch an invasion.

Meanwhile, A Ukrainian soldier has reportedly been killed in clashes near the border, the first casualty in weeks. Kyiv has blamed Moscow-backed rebels for the attacks, and for the soldier's death.
