No it won't, Rework items will return to were they were before they got rework and it won't go to VIP because people payed that set with in game currency

The feather dress we'll get in dti after getting all the advent calendar items i think it will be a set because if you look at the reworked madoka heels they match pretty well with the feather dress along with day 6 and 7 advent calendar items there may be more items idk plus dti said that the reworked madoka set will be called the Myra set so the feather dress along with the other items may be called the Myra set I also maybe wrong
