Hello Sir
I want to raise a concern of increasing house rent in GTA. I am living in brampton and people are immensely increasing basement apartment rent which is not bearable for a normal income family. Plus people are also charging for utilities extra. I came to Canada in 2015 there was no such kind of rule of charging utilities extra from tenants. The people who are earning minimum wages have nothing left extra for there living as major part of money goes in rent. For example for 2 bedroom basement the rent is 1600 plus 30% utilities. And for one bedroom basement the rent is 1200 plus utilities. How fair is it to charge great amount of money from the tenants ? I request you to please maintain a standard house rents for every body so that peple who are living in basement apartments can also survive.

Has anyone else received an email, from Service Canada, staying that they were paid two payments of $2, 000 in the beginning and that their next payment will be zero as a result but to keep completing the form for continuation of CERB? Thank you.
