PowerShell IP Change Command:

netsh interface ip show config

netsh interface ip set address name= “Network Interface Name” static [IP address] [Subnet Mask] [Gateway]

How come you chose a different static Ethernet IP Address? Can it not be the same? Your original Ethernet IP Address ended in 144 and your static ends in 155? Have you had any connection issues?
