I've actually played this, and it's insanely fun and unpredictable. You could be winning one minute and losing the next. It's also fairly simple but can be very intuitive, I love the way they got the unpredictability of an actual forest fire.

This game is a blast and always devolves into chaos with my buddies.
We even created our own version of the game where we’re all working together to contain and get rid of the fire called “fire tower: firefighters.” It’s amazing

Bought it at PAX east last year. Shit gets even crazier when you add the fire hawks expansion!

I reckon a digitised version of this would be first person inside your own tower, with a board in the middle that’s a map of you and the other players. And maybe in between turns you can wonder around your tower and survey the bushfire with binoculars or something. It’d also be pretty neat if whenever another player is disqualified you can hear them burning and see their towers collapse from a distance
