How to Light Outdoor Daylight (With No Lights) | Cinematic Lighting

In this video we're learning how to light outdoor daylight scenes with no lights. Cinematic lighting is something everybody loves but lighting a subject outdoors in harsh daylight is very tough. Today we're making it easy! And we're doing this all with no lights, just bounce lights and reflectors.

In this video I used my BMPCC4K and only a 5 in 1 reflector and a DIY butterfly or scrim. Super easy and low budget outdoor lighting setup to make your shots look amazing and cinematic!

i usually never subscribe to a channel just by watching a video and not going through at least half of the videos of a channel. but for Brady i made an exception by watching only this video. it was really great and well taught at the same time short and felt friendly and honest. i love that.

Your video was very informative and straight forward... Also, your choice of music was calming and NOT distracting, like so many other youtube videos. Thank you!

Just stumbled across your channel - amazing tips and lighting techniques. I’m an aspiring filmmaker and I’m really trying to hone my lighting skills. I would definitely be interested in a video on how to make a diy scrim. Keep up the great videos.

Man, that was amazing. Thank you so much. I've just started filming myself for instagram reels, and I'm in Brazil, where things are really expensive... I like to film outdoors, in parks or close to forests, during the day, of course, I wanted to increase the lighting aspect of the video, but what light is cheap and can do the job? Against the sun? None. Your idea is way better than any light I could think of buying. I can't begin to tell you how much you've helped a brother out. I'm really grateful. Peace
