Black Inc bar stem integrated versus VisionTech Metreon 5D ACR integrated REVIEW

Let's compare these two road bars both internally cable routed and bar stem integrated.

I see the top of the steerer tube is 3-5mm above the stem. Shouldn't it be below it to allow proper preload?

Interesting, I thought the black inc bar is quite flexy first thing after I put it on the bike. Looking for something a bit stiffer to replace it in the future
