Top 3 for me (sue me, its my opinion)
#3 Ace Attorney Series (its fast paced and an all around fun time. been one of my favs since it came out)
#2 Zero Escape Series (Amazing series with twists and turns that no one sees coming, it always had me on the edge of my seat)
Honorable Mention: Danganronpa (funny, fast paced and an all around good time.)
and*drum roll* #1 Hotel Dusk Room 215 and Its sequel (which you can only get in the EU but its worth it.) Last Window: Secret of Cape West. (These games are highly underrated and need to have much more exposure, I have always loved them and the Noir style mixed with witty banter and great puzzles 10/10)

Start with the first game before heading into the second one Last Window. Its more of a gap filler, and the seconds games a lot more refined sketch style and mechanic wise.
Shame the company went under and HD wasnt PC ported T_T

I'm a huge fan of Zero Escape, which is probably my favorite series on the list, but I'm also really glad you included Hotel Dusk in this. That's a really under-appreciated game with a truly gripping story. I would highly recommend it to anyone. 10/10 you will not be disappointed.
