I know how you feel. I had a deviated septum and had surgery. I hope all goes well.

Deviated septum! Been there, done that. My cousin punched me in the nose when we were kids. Same "S" shape, same continuous infections. It was the worst surgery I've ever been through and I've had 3 separate cervical spine discectomy with anterior fusions, plates and screws. Now that I have frightened you let me say it was the best surgery because I rarely get sinus infections now and I can BREATH! Pray about, pray during it, pray but go for it for relief while you are still young.
