Why when I try to add a MCP server to Cursor it creates a JSON file and I don't have the same interface as you do? Is that from a recent update? I managed to set it up by copying and pasting the whole json npx code from the github but I don't have any tools available.. I've set up my token etc. Will look into it and give a return here if people want it :)

I have tried to add MCP to my cursor, but I see button like "add new global MCP server" and when click the button i've been moved to mcp.json file, instead of use npm comand. How to fix it?

Can these MCP servers be set up on a project by project basis? I have several going and they don't use the same database for example. Or would I need to update Cursor each time I work on a new project?
