How to tape a broken car window

Someone broke my car window today and I had to tape it up. Grrr!!! This video will show you how to #tape your #window and make it functional!

I’m a young adult, and I don’t have the money at the moment to fix my back window that suddenly won’t roll up. My mechanic (my dad, lol) is also out of town for the next 2 weeks. The tape has held up perfectly so far, even going 75+mph on the highway! It is supposed to rain tonight and tomorrow, so I will update this comment then! I trust the people saying it’s weatherproof haha. Thanks for the great video and explanation!! :D

UPDATE; This works! The tape has held up thru 2.5 days and nights of rain! I make sure to re-secure the tape again after I get home due to traveling highway speeds everyday, but I’m also just paranoid about the rain, lol. But it works! 👍👌🏼

My van window fell into the door so I needed a fix. I used cling wrap and clear tape. Thanks dude.

Thanks for the video. Fortunately (or not so much so) my car window was broken due to my own mistake but as i live in florida i cant have an open invitation to the storms that happen everyday to ruin my interior
