All we need is a house flipping mod that lets you renovate fucked up houses. Imagine flipping the entire village of Helgen and making it livable again.

Fun fact: im pretty sure solitude is the most expensive place in all of skyrim and you would think Buying just 1% of the winking skeever would net you WAY more money than a basic old General goods store, i really hope this mod has Districts in play here, so solitude Cost the most to invest but makes sense since they are the richest city, and places like morthal and smaller towns and inns Net you less money since they are very less known

Just a word of warning. This mod is broken for Xbox one edition. The ledgers don’t spawn and you can not collect income from the business you buy.

Yes, there's an MCM option that lets you disable perk related stuff if you have custom speech perks.

In the game files, it says there's a deed for Broken Tusk Mine on Solstheim, but for the life of me I can't find the sign. Any ideas?

Well considering you have to use tons and tons of gold to buy the shop its fairly balanced. Belethor's General Goods: Bought for 50, 000 and makes nearly 5, 000 every 7 days (which takes a while).

Everything work but I can't find the book "how to become a landlord" I went to belethor's store but he had nothing help me

I feel the same way. But these buildings are insanely expensive. :P I only have One building in Dawnstar and it was 8, 000 gold. I want an Inn but those are around 50, 000. Hard to gather that much money especially when you have to spend money to buy supplies for smithing. Also buying Spells from a spell mod I use that range from the high hundreds to two thousand gold a book.
