That Lid on the mixer is a great idea, stops the powder flying all over the kitchen, it gets on everything otherwise. Every detail covered and none of the wonderful embeds showed through after pressing. You're an expert.

Hi, I really love watching all your video's, over and over. I am so grateful for all the info you offer and I don't want to complain, but it would be cool with me if you don't have the loud music in-between. I won't mind if it is dead quiet during those bits. It is a bit of a difficulty to turn the sound up to hear your voice and then turn the sound down, for the music is extremely " shrill" if that makes sense? Thank you again. Appreciate all you do.
