One option to create a 3-2 build up in a similar shape is using a 4-1-2-2-1 set up where the DM (say Caicedo) drops in between two CBs.
For me this allows you to get the best players on the pitch at once.
Nkunku and Palmer as AMs in the half space, Jackson/New striker to start, a midfield trio of Enzo, Caicedo and Lavia/Gallagher
Reece playing wide.
It does hamper the Keeper being brought into the build up and has the benefit (or downside to the board) of benching Mudryk
